Finally
received a call from CA: "vehicle released to carrier", on the same date as mrwilby's - September 22. Should be delivered very soon.
I think that the delay was associated with the Diesel engine production, or, as mrwilby said, with the stitching upgrade.
Mrwilby, have you ordered diesel?
