since u have LEDs, do u also have the auto high beam feature? normally with LEDs, the top half of the lens would light up for all low beams, if the bottom half is lit up as well it means high beams are engaged. IF u have auto-high beams, or high beam assist is whats its called, it makes sense that the drivers side turns on and off more as to not create glare for the on coming traffic. The passenger side is mostly pointed more towards the shoulder so less likely to turn on and off.
