It also has parts of the Driving Assistant Plus:
Active Blind Spot Detection and
Active Driving Assistant
but no ACC. I'm trying to evaluate if I can add it easy/cheap.
Do I need to replace the DSC pump and the ICM? Would the park assistant already have the necessary ones?

Pretty sure volc is right - according to realoem it should work.
You'll need the buttons for your steering wheel - you'll already have the plug for those buttons in the steering column switch unit - and it looks like just the ACC specific parts for the sensor/bracket/grill.
