Many documented cases of this, including myself. I brought my car in for normal service along with reporting that the soft close actuator on the rear passenger door popped open ONCE. As Alan mentioned, the door will not fully unlatch/open at speed, but it's still a safety issue.
They not only replaced the failing part, but replaced all four with an updated part that always operates, regardless of whether the door is partially or fully shut. You can hear the motors operate even if you fully slam the doors shut.
