From a reader standpoint, or just the movie itself? I was mildly entertained, and for $3.50/ticket I really couldn't complain much. Fulfilled my weekly husbandry duty to take the wife out, and could go play soccer with a clear conscience on Friday night. |
Having read the book some years ago, and then the anticipation for the movie adaption - I was completely underwhelmed at the movie.
