Nope. Star marked is a way to scare you with BMW approved tires.
Any BMW star marked wheels in 295/30/22 and 335/25/22?

Edit: And does it matter? Are dealers strict with regard to warranty?
Only OEM sizes. No aftermarket sizes with star mark.
