if the Q7 was severely outdated then L494 must be ancient despite the slightly newer ford explorer inspired styling... the technology is from previous generation L320 RRS/RRSSC and the lag/delay on the navigation renders it practically useless. the TMC functionality is so delayed that you're stuck in traffic by the time it reroutes you. i would go with L320 2013 RRS-SC or L322 2012 FF-RRSC if considering any RR product at this time. Both are much better. all around.
