Findings:
1. from a Mac removing the hidden garbage files was an issue
2. took about 40 minutes for the update to run
3. make sure you move all the files direct to the USB not the main folder but everything within the sub folder

Upgrade from 2014 version to 2020 version sounds like a big improvement
