I just got around to installing it. Such a wonderful change.
Thanks to pictures, it was easy to install. I did the remove the white cable holder from the telephone cradle and put it on this cover so the cables won't move about back there or get pinched.
This easy doubled (if not tripled) the usable space in the center console. I moved everything I had piled up in the driver's side storage cubby and there is still plenty of space left for a pair of work gloves and my spare glasses case!
That cradle is likely never going back in unless I sell the car.
