Pretty straight forward. Pull the mirror out, carefully remove 2 pins/wires for the auto dim, and a plug for the heating element. Plug the wires/plug to the new mirror, gently push the new mirror back into the housing.
I was worried at first, but after doing the first side, the other side was a piece of cake.
