No cost, a customer was there picking up their X5 and says "I like those wheels better can I have those?" I overheard them and walked my ass up to the guy and let him know and he says "I'd rather have a M sport winter set up than these"
So the sales advisor swaps them over like a boss! Love my BMW dealer. Why I return for the past 15 years.
