Most of that sounds like problems you have with the car and not problems the car has. It's a twin turbo v8, gas mileage on mine averages 18-19. It's cold out and current gas is likely still winter blend, so may get slightly better towards summer. Yes, the side bolsters go... eeeeeeeerrrrrr as they clamp down and tighten up. No big deal. Likely the type of mechanism necessary to squeeze the seat. If your 160 lbs then they have to move pretty far to squeeze you. I do think they should just stay squeezed instead of doing it everytime you get in, but they do that for easy entry/exit likely.
