I went through a similar situation where my wheel was damaged changing summer to winter tires. I was offered a new wheel when I pointed out the damage. I'm pretty OCD and things like that bother me. If it bothers you, I would ask for a new wheel. It was their fault so they should make you 100% satisfied.
