What is the invoice price compared to the MSRP and how does that usually work? I'm wondering where a reasonably fair price would be for my local dealership to charge me for those. They are already on the line being manufactured but I have not formally agreed to buy them yet since we have not negotiated pricing.

If they're already on the line being produced, which I HIGHLY doubt, you'd be in a good position to negotiate. Because if you walk away they'd be stuck with 4 brand new X5Ms that they'd have to find a new buyer for. Given the discounts I and other people have been getting, it doesn't seem like they're flying off the shelf at MSRP.
