I did try, still the same error. But I did get the last 7 of VIN from BMWUSA, and tried again, now I can at least see that it's in the system, but I did not add it yet as it assumes the vehicle is already delivered to you, which isn't the case.
I'll try the production # again in a day or so and see if that works. The lady did tell me it just entered production status on 7/25.
