Gotta look abroad man. I live in VA. Found tons of X5 M sports both 35i and 50i but took me awhile to find the one with the options I wanted (mostly the DHP) and 20" rims. Ended up driving to CT for the right one. But I ended up with a fully loaded 50i with 19k miles (minus entertainment package and comfort rear seats) for $53k. Good luck and be patient.
