Sure. Based on my math the spread between a Cayenne GTS and the new x5 5.0 (guessed price with options) the spread is 5-10k maximum. That smaller spread combined with BMW's constant softening of their cars will lead people like me to consider the Porsche instead. Unless you are leasing, the Porsche will appeal to a person who buys the car for performance. BMW is becoming more and more like Mercedes...
