Why not just buy a Porsche or an M6? Or even a normal X5 and an M4?

It's one hell of a ride. It can be great in the winter, but not with the tires the car comes with. I have another SUV that I use in the winter, so I save a few grand by not buying a set of wheels and tires for the M just for winter. It's a special car @ 555bhp, its fun blasting past 911s and seeing their reaction.

How do you save a few grand by not having winter tires? I can only assume owing a secondary SUV for winter removes that savings with maintenance, insurance etc... Then again some people treat ///m cars like they are 1/4 million dollar super cars. Personally they should be driven.
