At the bare minimum you will need the ACC sensor (part # 66316865789) that costs about $1,944.75 and steering wheels buttons, leading possibly to a replacement of some large part of the wheel. Wiring will probably be needed as well. Re-coding will also be needed for sure.
I believe you already have the KaFas camera (part #66519281717) and the ECU for Camera Base Support (part # 66519338298). Expect hours and hours of labor.
