OP, you should have ACC. You appear to have the Radar sensor as seen in your pic.
In Canada, ACC with stop& go is "5AT Driving Assistant Plus" $1900, agrees to your window sticker.
The buttons above & below the thumbwheel incr/decr the distance that you set, there are 3 bars each representing the safe distance that you select.
Missed OP's comment: buttons are not on steering wheel.
So no buttons implies NO ACC however; there appears to be an emitter in the bumper. From the owners manual the emitter appears to be in a different location, centred. So is that an emitter?
