US bumper have that reflector that we all ended up getting it painted to match the body color. Even that, it still shows the outline.

Gotta say, the reflectors never bothered me much, even after seeing pics of guys' cars that have painted them.. But seeing this one, now that I look at one with no reflector and no trace of them, it does look so much cleaner.
