I got a payment of $736/month EXCLUDING fees/taxes. So plugging in numbers to my Excel sheet, a payment of $800/mo would include approx $2200-2300 in taxes/dealer fees. I've already included the $925 acquisition fee as part of the calculation.
I think that's a good deal so long as your taxes/fees add up to ~$2350.
