I think the Mig35 is lighter, and based on the aero design it looks like it could pull tighter maneuvers. So I think it has an advantage there in a dogfight. It MIGHT win against an F22 with a competent pilot, but I don't think an F22 and pilot would even allow a dogfight to happen.
