What is the $1,500 SAV Winter Adder?

My wife's X6 xDrive 35i should be at the dealer February 14th and this is not an offer I remember when we ordered the car.

I was aware of the option credit and assumed this was available if using BMW finance when I tried to call BMW Finance, they were not aware of it and even if they were, said I would need to get any information from my dealer.

We have a loan with our credit union pre-approved at a lower rate but based on the large down payment we plan on making, would want to see if the 1500 would make up or exceed the difference.
