I was also told that you had to order and take delivery in the period of the offer, between feb 2 and 29th, the same offer was in January but also had a distinct time period, so I was told you have to order and take delivery in the month of Feb, if you ordered in Jan and delivered in Feb or ordered in Feb and delivered in March it would not apply.
Dealer did find $1000 loyalty credit this month from BMWFS if you had a loan or lease in the past.
