My monthly payment on (36 months/10K) is exactly 1% of MSRP, but that included 7 MSD, a residual of 60% and about 11% of MSRP. $1,300 does not sounds terrible; you could probably improve the discount for a better payment but the residual and money factor would be the same across the board for any "honest" dealer, that additional 2-3% discount should put you at about $1,250 or so. You can always wait and see if the July program is more aggressive given that things slow down in the summer.
