I know it won't handle bumps and corners as well as an X5 with DHP since it isn't available. The rear air suspension is standard though (likely due to the battery adding some 300lbs to the tail) and that seems to be the middle ground for a lot of folks.

The 40e suspension in normal mode isn't strong enough on shock rebound in my opinion. This allows it to wallow a bit. Sport setting helps, but then the engine runs all the time unless you change the sport setting to chassis only.
Now if I could figure out a way to have the chassis default to sport w/o me having to push the button every time I start the X5 I'd be happier...
