Yeah, that's the one I was considering.. No question, I don't see a problem.
But I mainly drive on rural roadways with no lighting.
Had a couple of close encounters with deer and started thinking if that 20% of light not coming through could make the difference.
We don't have heat issues up here either.
MI does not allow tinting of windshield and front windows below top 4 inches. My car had tint on front windows when I bought it from Texas but it does not affect my overall view of the road.
Considered adding a dash cam for evidence but then costs would be close to $500, which did not seem worthy to me.
