hey guys.. I called the 800 number this morning (1/12/14) and they told me that my X5 production has started as of this morning. The rep gave me the VIN number but when I log into bmwusa website and try to enter the last 7 of that VIN # it gives me an error "Unable to find requested vehicle".

I was able to see my X5 tracking info when i entered the production number however after logging out and logging back in later in the day, track my vehicle info has disappeared. I have tried using several browser but no tracking info.

has anyone experienced this?
