I was not gauging technology from a BMW standpoint but in a car industry point of view as a whole... I think BMW only uses halogen on their most basic base model cars.. i.e 328i, 528i..... which I don't understand since Hyundai, Ford, Honda and every other "common" cars use xenons and LED's.
