I can vouch for how robust the brushed aluminium is from my F25 (I have it with Black Dakota). Its 2 years old 29k miles and the trim is as good as new.
I was originally going for Mocha on my F15 order and didn't like the look of the alu with it .... now I've changed to Terra I really like the look but haven't seen it in the flesh.
