Again, I don't know how he gets to the 65,573 but it is better than the 7% + $1500 rebate that is discussed here. (=66,354 =9.0%)

ask your CA for the breakdown how he came to 70000 drive off, that way you know how much he is selling the car for? plus TTL, doc. etc.
