I completely agree. The cars are cool, the art part of things just looks like it was totally phoned in.
That said I'm also not an art aficionado so... I'm sure someone more sophisticated than I could talk about it at great length using words like dramatic, geometric, contrast, organic, bold, simple yet elegant, etc...
Somebody should have told the artist he got his port and starboard colors mixed up on the brake duct covers.
