I used an extraction pump to suck out the old fluid. It requires fiddling as you need to keep repositioning your hose get to the lowest parts of the case. There are internals that block you after you enter the fill plug.
The new fluid was slowly pumped into the fill as the case doesn't hold a lot of fluid.
