She passed her written and practical test just one time and she is all over L.A area now and a very safe driver. We were not going to get her a car yet but seeing her being very responsible and instead of opting to travel to Japan for graduation she wanted and got the Mini Cooper S. At first we were worried of how it might be an unsafe car because of its size but she really likes how it is so easy for her to maneuver it around fitting her like a glove. Now she is parking backing up in our driveway with ease. No worries as far as being spoiled. Though she is our only child like I said very responsible and down to earth. Graduated with two A/A degrees along her H.S Diploma. Saved $10k on her own since childhood and now works part time for a BMW dealership as a receptionist for her first job and looking forward to college life after summer.
It's funny how we rented a Q5 for her prom night along with four of her friends and she totally did not like it and how the steering was super light. I guess everyone really has different tastes. Again congrats to your family and to your boy and keep driving safe out there.
nice write up and Mini!
