basically a bracket that has 7 screw points on the speaker end (for both 3 and 4 hole speakers) and 3 points to match the factory holes on the other end and the thickness being the same thickness as the bracket.
i wish i had a 3d printer so i could give it a go.

I paid $525 for them (almost half off retail) at ABT. I've gotten a lot of stuff from them and they tend to stretch the prices a bit for me. They are also an authorized Focal dealer.
