I got these results with the car 8 days old. AC was on the whole time, four passengers, four suitcases and beach gear, 45 minutes of stop and go traffic.

I had the car in Eco Pro mode, with the start/stop disabled. I tried to drive to maximize MPG, and was on cruise at 70mph for about an hour.

It exceeded my expectations, and the US EPA estimate. That said, the EU disclosures on my MPG / L/100 are way to aggressive. I can see achieving those in these conditions: tank 1/4 full, already at 50-55mph / 80km, flat, no wind, no AC, one passenger, no electronics, all lights off. The EU disclosed is the maximum attainable.
