As long as you are on the default or recommend ed settings, you will be fine.
Outside that, use at your own risk. But the stock ECU is smart enough where it will put the car into a limp / safety mode before any damage can be done.

Hi, what is the increase over the default or recommended settings?
Is it really 89HP?
