Very similar to my build, really looking forward to the Nappa Mocha.
The Dynamic Handling is not available with 3rd row and MSport however you can spec all three on the Luxury and Xline which doesn't sound like a problem for you.
EDIT: Realized Canada Premium Plus includes Cold Weather items.
