I would skip. The comfort access defects traditionally has been FRM issues. They're frustrating to troubleshoot, but the fixes often are simple and even a DIY. I've had a mirror motor issue once on the M3. Again, it's an electrical defect, and something IIRC as simple as pushing the buttons in a certain sequence fixed it....
Granted my information is coming from past generation E70 and E90 ownership....but I can't see BMW deviating that much from how they design these things for current gen cars.
