I decided to go with the 20" and high performance tires. I also ordered the spare tire as it is my plan to replace the RFT soon with all season 20" which are not run flat. That is where the spare tire comes in to play.
My heart won out over my brain as I just like the looks of the 20".
I live in southern PA so I understand the weather factor.
