I think the Grand Cherokee is one of the best looking midsize SUVs out there. The SRT model must be fun to drive. Not sure how it compares against driving the X5. I do think the X5 is one solid feeling SUV and not tinny feeling. That's one of the biggest attractions to me about the X5. Did drive the RRS recently and the X5 (IMO) feels more solid and fun to drive. More snob appeal with RRS which is OK if you're into that. The X5 has a bigger model lineup so it is more common than the RRS. Jeep and Rover aren't the most reliable brands.
