When I was looking for the emblem 3 years ago I could only find the E70 X5 emblem which was larger and did not fit flush with the F15 trunk.

I see a slight difference... Ebay at top, OEM Painted by iND on bottom, but its cheap $13... buy it and compare it with your original emblem.
