19's are fine, plus you can probably find a set of used 19" rims easy. the 18 just look weak.
one thing to decide is if you want runflat tires, especially if you have no spare. your oem tires are runflat. i dont think you can really go wrong with any winter tire. find one that is common, just in case you need a replacement at any point.
