ACC Stop and Go --> Active Cruise control which can break and resume the pre-set speed and maintains the distance from the car in front. However, the steering has to be controlled manually by the driver.
Traffic Jam Assistant: Will allow you to position the car in center of the lane while performing ACC Stop and Go.
BMW states, only traffic jam assistant will come in December production.
Also, i think the traffic jam assistant will not replace the ACC Stop and Go. It looks like they will charge extra money for Traffic Jam Assistant. it doesn't make any sense.
