i would drop off both keys to SA, tell him they can keep the car.
When the survey comes you will rate him poor service.
This will put pressure on the SA to get it resolve or have BMW engineer
inspect your car.
i had similar situation with 08 3 series, sideview mirrors would tilt down while i was driving. I had to keep adjusting them all the time.
