Not sure how it contradicts to what I've said. Nothing wrong with no-brand tires if you're just looking for tires to take you from A to B, nowadays almost all tires are at least 'good enough' and of acceptable quality. Kinda like all modern cars are acceptable as personal transporters and will last several years no problem.

Obviously, even top brands have duds once in a while, but in general their tires will perform better overall. Whether that outweighs price difference is mostly a personal choice/decision.
