1. If you're turning the car in, why not make a couple hundred bucks to swap out? You don't get additional $ credit for MPE.
2. Judging from the forums, seems like MPE is the most common exhaust ppl with modded X5 35i run.
3. You'd be surprised to see what you find on these forums - especially living in Southern California. I've had a great time finding used parts from other forum members for the past 5 years.
