Thank you for help, but the problem was cluster it self. The 6WB (I'm not sure about 6WA) for F15 F16 are different than F01 F10 F06 etc. For F15 and F16 there is a specific cluster. I changed cluster with one dedicated to F15/16 and everything worked.
For the moment I'm working to retrofit 6WA 6WB (from F10) to F30. 6WA it's on 95% done.
