You could probally squeeze a larger sidewall ie 255/75/r18 that should fill up the wheel gaps a little more or have that 20in rim look, and give you a 1/2 inch more ground clearance, 255/85/R18 would be about 21in rim but might risk of scraping the wheel well when bottoming out.

BTW how's tire noise?
